We are currently looking Loan Servicing Agent to join our Resortcom family!

Our Maintenance Fee Agents work Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6:0pm in a competitive, fun, and exciting environment in our Las Vegas call center!

Your day will consist of making a minimum of 150 outbound calls and collecting 7 payments a day. Inbound/Outbound call scenarios range from assisting members in taking their Maintenance Fee Payments, assisting members with payment plans, adding cards on autopay, and setting up payment arrangements. This position pays $15.50 hr. plus a monthly bonus of $300.00. Agent reports to the Loan Servicing Department Supervisor and is responsible for collections on all delinquent maintenance fee accounts.


Essential Functions

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on delinquent Maintenance fee accounts.
  • Review and provide feedback on accounts to management.
  • Process member payments by phone.
  • Set up payment arrangements and offer amnesty assistance.
  • Correspond with customers through email.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned by management.
  • Works entire assigned shifts, demonstrates work schedule flexibility, and is punctual.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workloads situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Multitask with different systems
  • Proficient math skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and Detail Oriented

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

This position has three different levels: Call Center Loan Servicing Agent

I, II, III, and Senior. The position level is primarily determined by the following categories:


  • Years of experience and expertise
  • Position authority
