Employee Owned Home-Tech is seeking a customer service representative with exceptional interpersonal skills who is both organized and dependable. If that's you, we would love to have you join us! This position is handled mostly by phone and email. Customer service experience is required.

• Starting at $15 an hour for the first 90 days and a salary adjustment based on previous experience and performance after that.
• Multiple schedules available.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of incoming calls
• Identify and assist customers’ needs
• Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate suggestions and solutions, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Ability to adapt/respond to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
