Development Services Group, Inc. (DSG), a national research and management firmin the Washington, DC metro area seeks experienced Call Center Customer Service Representatives to work for a national certification program. Call center staff are responsible for answering the phone from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern, responding to program directors seeking certification or recertification. Additional support activities include website support, data entry, documentation, data verification, data management, and communication with program directors and others as appropriate for the entire life cycle of this certification process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant customer-relations work experience required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly valued
- Excellent verbal skills for a wide range of communications
- Data entry experience and ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web technologies
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Professional demeanor with high ethical and professional standards
- Job location is hybrid or remote
