Anakeesta is seeking Call Center Representatives that will answer incoming calls from guests inquiring about the park, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for guests interested in the park. Call Center Representatives must project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to guests’ emails
• Resolve customer complaints
• Provide service, event, and operational information to inquiring guests

• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Route calls to appropriate parties
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls

• Follow up with guests when necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to handle difficult situations appropriately
• Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours and utilize a computer and phone
