IC Staffing has immediate opening for Call Center Operator in the Weirton, WV area. We have Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. We have 3 shifts available. 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. Candidates should be able to work all available shifts. Not all shifts are set. Some available mid shift weekend work is also available.
Job Duties
- Speak with Customers and provide accurate answers to the customers concerns.
- Answer inbound calls quickly and follow a script, taking proper messages and with attention to number accuracy and spelling.
- Offer patience to customers, assist them with support
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Communication both written and verbal
- patience and empathetic attitude
- Active Listening Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Flexible Work Schedule
- Type at least 30 words per minute with minimal errors
- Phone skills, familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Expertise in Customer Service
- Must be reliable to work holidays, weekends, and any shift.
