Call Center/Electronic Banking Representative Job at Ledyard National Bank
We are currently seeking a Call Center/Electronic Banking Representative who will be responsible for assisting our members with a variety of services via telephone and other electronic means. This can include complex account issues and resolution, consumer loan requests, and enhancing member relationships through cross selling products and services to meet our members’ financial needs.
Requirements: high school diploma and 6 months banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; general knowledge of banking regulations and compliance; proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
