Call Center Customer Service Specialist Job at Lake Shore Savings Bank
This is a Monday-Friday position, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday hours, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Your responsibilities:
- Efficient and effective customer service.
- Responding to customer inquiries as necessary.
- Performing account maintenance, customer research and assisting with other projects as requested by management.
- Provides personalized customer service by learning about customer needs and financial goals.
- Electronic banking support such as ATM and debit card assistance, online banking, bill payment and E-statement enrollment and maintenance.
