We are looking for center representatives to work in our Birmingham location. Ideal candidates must be extremely organized, motivated, and dependable with excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities:

• Provide superior, quality customer service in an outbound call center
• Quality interviewing including data retrieval and entry
• Be a valuable member of our team

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Prior customer service experience with outgoing/energetic attitude and phone voice
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Proficient with internet browsers
