Our On-Site Services Division is supporting an international pharmaceutical manufacturer with its need for a CAD Drafter. Our On-Site Division places highly skilled engineers, designers, project managers and other technical personnel with specific industry expertise and knowledge across disciplines to meet the needs of our clients.

The CAD Drafter support the Facilities and Engineering department on day-to-day operational, maintenance, and capital project related tasks. TAI’s CAD Drafting and Documentation resource will take daily direction from the client’s Facilities & Engineering management team and will primarily focus on efficiently editing and modifying existing drawings to reflect as-built conditions. Additional duties will be expected to include the following:

• Revise and/or modify mechanical/process construction drawings including general arrangements, P&IDs, Electrical Single Line and Power Plans, and Site Plans. Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), piping orthographics and isometrics, equipment, and bill of materials.
• Assist in conducting detailed field surveys when required for buildings, structures, equipment, piping and supports, and documenting existing conditions in CAD.
• Assist in the surveying of existing process systems and updating existing drawings to as-found status.
• Effectively supporting multiple ongoing projects and tasks.
• Comply with client CAD standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain electronic document library.
• Knowledgeable with AutoCAD.

Technical Requirements/Qualifications:

• HS diploma, technical school, or military training and experience in relevant field. CAD certification preferred.
• 2+ years of CAD drafting experience.
• Proficient with use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Shift - 8am-4pm
