A Day in the Life:
Gain valuable customer service experience and assist in maintaining a retail business as you work in one of our community c-stores. As a C-Store Clerk, you will:
- Work Directly with customers from the community and surrounding area, developing strong communications skills and meaningful relationships while representing our organization.
- Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities that include inventory, sales, housekeeping and food preparation
- Enjoy flexible day, night and weekend hours to compliment your busy schedule, including full-time and part-time positions

What You’ll Need to Do This Job:
High School Diploma and/or equivalent- Store experience preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to think clearly and problem solve
- Basic mathematical skills
- Handle money, accept payments, and make change
- The desire to be involved in agriculture and work for a cooperative
- Physically, this position requires you to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and sit on a regular basis
- This position requires you to occasionally lift at least 35 pounds
- You will be exposed to cleaning products and occasionally outdoor elements and temperatures
- Flexibility with your schedule as you will assist in ensuring shifts are covered for store hours
