The Harold Chappell Team is looking for a driven and highly motivated Buyer’s Agent to join our growing team. In this position, you will work with buyers; your primary goal is to match buyers with properties that meet their needs. We will consider an experienced professional with a proven track record, but we are also looking for new talent.

The Harold Chappell Team is a high producing real estate team with a hyper focus on customer service and team culture. We’re a small team which allows us to adjust quickly with the fast pace of the real estate market. We're on pace to have over 25 million in sales this year.

Compensation is solely dependent upon the amount of time and effort you put into growing your business!! Doing this at a high level focused on the support our team provides, you will exceed your goals. Every agent is provided the tools to close multiple deals per month!!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
