Business Systems Analyst Associate FT, Mon Job at Broward Health Corporate
Under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day support activities and assigned projects. Conducts or participates in projects and meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and follow-up. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers. Assists with integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to assigned teams or staff. Transitions newly implemented projects to operational support teams as required. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Provides on-call support and participates in Service Center activities as required.
Associate’s degree or specialized training.
Two years of relevant IS or Business unit experience
