Purpose (key contribution to the company)

  • Support FSL & FSM (Salesforce) users in the area of responsibility.
  • Provide Release Note information and training of system changes to Users
  • Provide planned and on-demand training to FSL users on new or changed functionality to the extent it affects their usage of the system.
  • Create, plan and execute training programs and materials for new and existing employees, both remotely and face to face
  • Align business requirements with the business management and interpret the effect of business strategy implementation and changes.
  • Identify business process improvements and changes and collect and specify change requirements to the application that will better support these processes.
  • Attend to development projects or additional bigger support tasks as assigned
  • Communicates and train end users to update knowledge base as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, training material and presentations.
  • Create written responses to routine inquiries and meeting agendas
  • Efficiently clarify and resolve product or service issues presented by end users
  • Attend meetings (including occasional early morning meetings) to document activities of committees and write progress reports.
  • Travel required
  • Know, understand and comply with Hiab USA, Inc. Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
  • Perform all other duties as required by the Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Key accountabilities:

Support & Trainer

  • Provide training and support to the Hiab USA Team and colleagues within Business Support. Help build a more knowledgeable field base.
  • Collaborate with Global Project Managers and Developer on system/process improvements

Data Quality

  • Responsible for the accuracy and cleanliness of master data as it relates to core operating systems and processes
  • Be engaged in digitalization & digitization initiatives

Delivery

  • Facilitate and lead technical improvements in conjunction with sales, service and production management teams
  • Analyze and initiate process improvement projects, implement change with effective training and communication

Productivity

  • Impact overall productivity and efficiency of the organization.

People

What you’ll need to succeed:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired but not required

Experience/Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience related to the job requirements
  • Training experience
  • Quality writing skills
  • Customer service mind-set
  • Analytical, detail oriented with a focus on solving problems
  • A thorough knowledge of the business processes and operations in area of responsibility
  • Expertise of the corresponding SAP solution functionality in own business knowledge area
  • Experienced in Salesforce
  • Understanding of change management practices within own organization
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability and authority to bring together different stakeholders and funnel ‘local’ business requirements in global solution framework
  • Transactional reporting execution within SAP system preferred
  • Data maintenance within SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) tools preferred
  • Working in a matrix environment utilizing relationship-building to achieve results
  • Data gathering, cleansing, and analytics
