Role
Work closely with the Head of Clinical Operations (and 1st Mindbloom employee) to deliver transformational outcomes and experiences for our clients by providing rapid, effective, and efficient clinician services. You’ll ensure next-day appointment availability, personalize medication to achieve five-star treatment sessions, work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to improve clinician workflows, and support the design and implementation of new services (e.g., MDMA-assisted therapy).
