This position has a hybrid work schedule, requiring ~40% of time in office.
Primary Purpose:
- Improve business intelligence & analytics in the Marketing department, enhancing processes and systems.
Principal Duties:
- Evaluate existing Marketing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use predictive analytics to increase revenue generation and optimize business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement solutions and monitor progress.
- Develop processes and tools to track Marketing performance and data accuracy.
- Compile small-to-large data sets for various Marketing personnel.
- Blend data sets from various sources to create automated, online visualizations.
- Act as a project manager for small- to large-sized projects and system enhancements.
- Assist manager & teammates on group projects and other administrative needs.
- Develop working relationships with all Marketing business groups.
- May manage a team or act as the primary owner of a significant business process.
Job Related Experience:
