This position has a hybrid work schedule, requiring ~40% of time in office.

Primary Purpose:
  • Improve business intelligence & analytics in the Marketing department, enhancing processes and systems.

Principal Duties:
  • Evaluate existing Marketing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive analytics to increase revenue generation and optimize business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement solutions and monitor progress.
  • Develop processes and tools to track Marketing performance and data accuracy.
  • Compile small-to-large data sets for various Marketing personnel.
  • Blend data sets from various sources to create automated, online visualizations.
  • Act as a project manager for small- to large-sized projects and system enhancements.
  • Assist manager & teammates on group projects and other administrative needs.
  • Develop working relationships with all Marketing business groups.
  • May manage a team or act as the primary owner of a significant business process.

Job Related Experience:
  • Minimum Level: 3 years
  • Preferred Level: 3-5 years
