Business Development Specialist Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Earn competitive wages, plus commission pay!

Business Development Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Cooperates and engages with operations staff to ensure highest service levels
• Sell safe, reliable new business and strategizes around competition in the area
• Proven ability to generate new business consistently
• Skills necessary to negotiate pricing structures and agreements with potential clients
• Established skills in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, and performing presentations
• Ability to schedule appointments with staffing buyers in small to fortune 500 organizations

Business Development Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• An aptitude to develop a client base to meet and exceed sales quotas
• 1 to 2 years experience of B2B sales is preferred
• Ability to travel away from the office and a valid driver's license
• Avionte BOLD or Bullhorn experience a plus
• Previous experience in a business / sales / or inside sales representative role
