We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as a liaison to develop and nurture new and existing relationships within servicing territories. Utilizing marketing strategies to build a book of business will be the key to your success in this position. Join us to spread the word in the community about our innovative home care service.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain contact with referral sources, communities, clients, and agencies
Act as liaison between referral source and internal staff
Develop new business ventures and prepare presentations to potential partners
Distribute information materials and participate in related promotional activities
Provide creative marketing techniques and be informed regarding competitors' pricing and marketing strategies
Source new relationships through in-field and cold-sourcing activity

Minimum Skills Required
Two plus years of sales experience in either home care, home health, or hospice
High School Diploma or certificate
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with the drive to succeed
Ability to overcome objections in the sales process
Travel within LA County
