We are seeking a Remote Part Time Business Development Representative for the West Coast.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will support Xanitos’ efforts to create growth opportunities through outreach, prospecting, lead qualification and demand generation in hospitals and healthcare systems. The BDR will manage key accounts and prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel from identification to scheduled initial meeting, working closely with Xanitos’ sales leadership and marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand company service lines, offerings and sales process.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and marketing teams to identify external growth opportunities.
  • Gather information and data as it relates to lead identification and qualification.
  • Manage and update key accounts and prospects through Xanitos’ CRM database.
  • Perform outbound demand generation through sequenced outreach with goal of creating opportunities and securing initial customer meeting.
  • Attend and participate in initial meetings with prospective clients and sales leader to identify opportunities and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Role may require flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year previous work experience in sales within the healthcare service and hospitality industry, working closely with healthcare executives preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented / meticulous.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extensive experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM database.
