CSM Business Development Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service oriented individual to develop referral sources in the Knoxville market. Our company primarily performs work in residential crawl spaces, including removing/replacing damaged wood floor structure (sills, girders and joists), installing any necessary permanent supports (post piers, masonry piers and drop girders), perform moisture remediation with interior French drains, sump pumps, moisture barriers and encapsulations.

Duties:

Developing a network of referral sources in order to drive leads and inspections in Knoxville area:

• Manage and grow current relationships
• Develop new relationships with realtors, property managers, HVAC contractors, home inspectors, etc...
• Manage the customer relationship from the initial inspection, quote delivery, follow up and sale of the work.
• Continuously coordinate with the Production Manager to review job pricing to ensure profitability goals are met.
• Coordinate with the production crews on a weekly basis to inform and advise on the upcoming production work.
• Coordinate with the Market Director on a weekly basis to review market conditions.
• Represent Crawlspace Medic with professionalism and excellence.
• Drive 40% of needed inspections / leads in the Knoxville market.
• Make calls, texts, emails to referral sources and centers of influence for conversations and face to face meetings to generate the weekly leads goal and enter those activities into the Business Development Spreadsheet.

• Able to work well with the Production Manager, Market Director, and production crews.
• Able to learn, promote, educate homeowners, and sell Crawlspace Medic’s methods of crawl space repair.
• Able to show proficiency and efficiency in general computer and technology use (email, web applications, etc..)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
