CMC is currently hiring entry level individuals with good communication skills and sales experience for our entry level business development assistant position. These skills have shown to be transferable and create a faster path towards success within our business. Current candidates are applying for our entry level position which focuses on the development of that individual into a management role. We specialize in training candidates with these characteristics to take on a management role. Our sales and marketing firm is the leader in the marketing industry and in tailoring new business to match our client’s needs. We represent some large businesses nationally and help them to develop their footprint in the Greater Boston area. We are looking for motivated individuals that are looking to gain experience in the business world and meet and foster relationships with C-Level executives and retail brand partners.

Job Requirements

We are looking to fill positions as soon as possible to speed up our internal growth and the inevitable expansion to two more locations by the end of the next quarter. We will respond and complete our interview process within 4 business days.

2-4 year degree in business, marketing, sales or a similar field

1-2 years previous experience in customer service, sales, business development, sports management, etc.

Goal-oriented and team player

Leadership skills and punctual

Additional Job Details -

40 hours / week preferred with a set schedule and two consecutive days off

Part time work available for the right candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
