We are seeking a highly organized and motivated coaching coordinator to work alongside our VP of Coaching. The coaching coordinator will be responsible for supporting the VP of coaching in our business development activities, including marketing and selling our digital coaching platform and related services, ensuring seamless scheduling and management of coaching sessions, and supporting the development of our coaching programs.

Responsibilities:

• Help to sell and market our coaching application to prospects including coaching organizations.
• Schedule coaching sessions for clients and ensure timely follow-up and coordination with coaches and clients.
• Support the development and implementation of coaching programs and materials.
• Provide product demos and training to new clients.
• Develop and maintain coaching schedules and track coaching progress and outcomes.
• Communicate with clients to ensure they have the necessary information and materials for their coaching sessions.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, billing, and other coaching-related inquiries.
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of coaching workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor coaching metrics and provide regular updates to Edgar and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for coaching initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the coaching industry.

Qualifications:

• Preferred bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a coaching or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and coaches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret coaching data and metrics.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• A strong interest in coaching and professional development.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
