Techno-functional Business Analyst with insurance brokerage: Experience of 10+ years
- Property and casualty insurance back ground
- Insurance brokerage services domain experience
- Working knowledge with API, Pega, Front End and User Experience teams required
- Strong working experience on SAFE Agile
- Strong Azure DevOps backlog management experience
- Define epics, features & user stories per business needs - work with product owners, business/product managers
- Act as a liaison between developers and business stakeholders
- Prioritization and management of product backlog
- Strive to achieve a healthy backlog
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Collaborate with testers to ensure test cases are completely effective and in adherence to acceptance criteria
- Drive Agile ceremonies – backlog refinement & sprint planning
