RTA Outdoor Living’s panelized assembly system reduces the number of skilled trades needed to install outdoor kitchens down to zero and will not impact the construction schedule regardless of season. As a single supplier for the outdoor island, countertops & appliances we are able to reduce the burden on purchasing while providing a predictable margin. In addition, RTA outdoor kitchen solution can:

  • Increase perceived value that delivers outdoor living post Covid consumers want and have become accustomed to.
  • Be retrofit on recently built homes eliminating buyers remorse in an active neighborhood.
  • Designed to eliminate all builders' warranty liability. (No utilities are run and the homeowner purchases their own propane tank)

Lastly, RTA can be customized to fit within the backyard design when necessary and RTA designers can relieve the burden on builder sales staff by working directly with the buyer.

Mission and Vision of the Position

The Builder Sales Specialist position is being established to:

  • To drive a dedicated effort to grow sales through regional and national builders.
  • To position RTA Outdoor Living as the simple solution for builders to be able to seamlessly offer outdoor kitchens as part of their home packages.
  • To identify and meet with key personnel of every production builder in the lower 48 states whose end customer aligns with our target audience.
  • To effectively and profitably sell the RTA outdoor kitchen solution
  • To get RTA setup in target builders purchasing systems and nurture repeat sales through service and programs.

Our vision has always been to make outdoor kitchens more accessible. By collaborating with regional and national production builders we will be able to provide a vehicle that allows the outdoor kitchen to become a staple in new construction and partner with the country’s best builders to make it happen. In home building, outdoor kitchens are seen as a finish line amenity that requires excess resources to complete. RTA will alleviate this pain point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
