Greenmont Mutual Housing Corp is non-profit, mutual housing complex in Kettering, OH. We pride ourselves on the ability to provide middle-income, quality housing for our 500 members. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work together with our office staff and maintenance technicians to accomplish that goal.

Responsibilities:
Performs accounts receivable and accounts payable duties of a moderately complex nature in a team environment; assists members, other staff members, Board and Committee members while providing excellent customer service to all.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities can include the following:

Assist members at the window, answer and respond to telephone inquiries, schedule appointments and take member’s service requests following through to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.

Enter all invoicing for the commercial center for water/sewer usage, gas and electric usage monthly charges. Enter work orders in the system for billing members on a weekly basis. Run work order reports for any work orders that are still outstanding from maintenance.

Reconcile and prepare bank deposits.

Enter accounts payable into the Yardi system and prepare checks for weekly signing by three Board of Trustees approved check signers.

Assist with bulk mailings and perform other clerical duties.

Perform other duties assigned by the Property Manager, Board and Committee members.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: Minimum of a High School education or equivalent and 3-5 years of general office and bookkeeping experience.

Language Skills: Good communication skills. Knowledge of modern business communication including style and format of letters, memoranda and reports. Must type 60 words per minute.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Computer Skills: Must be computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, Yardi and Quickbooks

Moderate to fast-paced, multi-person professional office environment. Currently we are offering a Full Time position.
