Boba tea attendant/cashier Job at Richtech Creative Displays
We are looking for a talent individual to serve beverages, including various types of coffee, milk tea and boba tea. Responsibilities include greeting the customer and educate customer about the drink process. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and basic knowledge of of the drinks. You should be able to work various shifts. Attendant does not need to make the drink, because the drinks will be made by a Robot, attendant will be trained on easy trouble shooting.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter
- Introduce drink menus and answer questions regarding ingredients about the menu items.
- Take orders while paying attention to details.
- after customer place the order, pass the cup to the robot to make the drink.
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
- Keep the area clean.
- Refill all ingredients to master container.
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Make sue everything is in operation condition, including robots, computer, and fulfill ingredients.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Skills
- Previous work experience in a boba tea store
- passion with new tech
- basic knowledge with boba tea items
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Serving: 1 year (Required)
- Food safety: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Coffee experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
