Essentials of the Job:

  • Develop and deliver interventions that are client-focused, relevant to their unique interests and goals, and based on the principles of ABA.
  • Conduct thorough assessments by implementing a wide range of assessment tools.
  • Provide family guidance and supports to help families support their children in their homes and communities while working toward their individual goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress across all settings by graphing and analyzing data.
  • Adjust treatments based on client response to intervention and clearly communicate changes to the treatment team.
  • Produce progress reports and treatment plans that accurately and understandably describe progress to stakeholders
  • Provide coordination of care by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Observe implementation of programming to ensure treatment integrity.
  • Provide supervision and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates.
  • Mentor and support staff by creating and tracking goals while communicating goal progress and providing feedback
  • Participate and lead team meetings regularly.
  • Periodically travel to various locations (e.g., homes and community) as part of the oversight of clients’ treatment programs.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB standards, agency regulations, and HIPAA requirements

Requirements of the Position:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Work with integrity and follows the BACB Ethical Code.
  • Licensed in the State of Missouri as a Behavior Analyst or ability to achieve licensure.
  • At least two years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Familiarity with the field of early intervention.
  • Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit children with ASD.
  • Experience writing applied behavior analytic programs and analyzing and graphing data.
  • Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies related to program and service delivery.
  • Understanding of insurance practices within the medical model.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
