We currently have an opportunity for a Billing Analyst in White Plains.

The Billing Analyst generates invoices for clinical services rendered to Contracts and Clients and perform routine billing functions.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. in Business or Finance from an accredited college or university
  • 2 - 7 years’ experience in Billing or Accounting/Finance. Recent college graduates with finance major will be considered
  • Demonstrated expertise at the Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Accounting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in learning applications, portals, software and websites.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Insure complete accuracy in all transactions and entries
  • Perform Billing functions for various private pay, institutional and government clients
  • Update client billing and claims information when required
  • Prepare manual invoices, split bills as needed
  • Perform manual invoice corrections as needed
  • Create and distribute Billing reports
  • Responsible for effectively researching, tracking and resolving documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Other related duties as assigned
