Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Benefits Manager to join our team! A Benefits Manager is responsible for administering, ensuring compliance, and providing strategy for employee benefit programs. This role manages corporate benefit specialists, partners with employee health, and is a key organizational culture steward who strives to provide solid internal customer service. This role is hybrid. Remote opportunity with on-site work twice a week in Gerry, NY.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for development and goal setting for the Benefits department.

· Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

· Design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements

· Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees by working with brokers and researching benefits issues.

· Mediate between benefits providers and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees' benefits-related questions or taking suggestions.

· Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.

· Minimum three years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience.

Pay: $44,209.79 - $70,433.10 per year
