Behavior Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized intensive early intervention behavior therapy services to children with autism in their home, school and community environments.
  • Assist Senior Behavior Therapists as requested in conducting assessments and training of staff, parents, and community members utilizing methods that have been demonstrated through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to be effective in developing typical home and community language, social, and self-control skills.
  • Provide services that place the highest priority on an ethical regard for the best interests of the children served.
