The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a Behavioral Health Therapist (LISW, LMSW, LMFT or LMHC)for a Community Health Center in West Burlington, IA.

Practice Details:

• Clinic Hours: M/W 7am-7pm, Tu/Th/Fri 7am-6pm; no weekend hours
• Schedule: M-F 8 hour shifts or 4 days per week with 10 hour shifts. 36 hours patient contact, 4 hours administrative time.
• Average number of patients per shift: 6 patients/8 hour shift. 8 patients/10 hour shift.
• West Burlington Behavioral Health Team: 1 Psychiatrist, 1 Psychologist, 2 Psych NP, 1 Behavioral Health Consultant.
• EHR: NextGen
• Supportive work environment. Providers collaborate/mentor to accomplish the mission to serve the underserved population. Professional, respectful, collaborative, patient-focused, results-driven.

Qualifications required:

• Graduation from accredited master’s social work, counseling, marriage/family therapy and/or behavioral health education program.
• Iowa license as LISW, LMSW, LMFT or LMHC
