Liberty Healthcare operates two enhanced behavioral support homes which serve people who have developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

These homes are located in the community of Ramona.

Day to day work focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, facilitating various pro-social activities, monitoring and implementing behavior plans, and helping ensure our homes are safe for both residents and staff.

• Starting compensation ranging from $18.50 to $22.00 an hour

(hourly compensation dependent upon credentials coming into the program)

Full-time schedule options are now available across all day, evening, and overnight shifts. Weekend work is required.

You’re a good fit for Liberty Healthcare if you have prior experience serving people who have mental illness, developmental disabilities, autism and / or behavioral challenges (this experience could professional or family related). Compassion and a strong work ethic are essential.

Although a college degree is not required, individuals who have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education or a similar human services field are encouraged to apply.
