Behavior Technician (ABA) Job at Children's Developmental Milestones, Inc
* SIGNING BONUS: $500.00 to be paid in two installments. $250 upon successful completion of probationary period (90 Days), $250 upon completion of six months of employment.
Children's Developmental Milestones is an AWARD WINNING Non-Public Agency (NPA) serving families in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm and love working with children and their families.
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS IN, Moorpark and surrounding areas.*
*Behavior Technicians MUST HAVE AFTERNOON and EVENING AVAILABILITY ( between the hours of 1-8 p.m.)
Behavior Tech Job Description:
pay rate $18-25/hr
-Implement ABA interventions and procedures
-Working 1:1 with children in their home/community
-Complete daily data/progress notes
-Ensure parental participation during sessions
-Able to learn from constructive criticism
-Render appointments in a timely manner
Requirements:
-Prefer a Bachelors degree in psychology, education, child development, communication, or related field
-Must have ABA / BEHAVIORAL THERAPY EXPERIENCE
Other Requirements:
-Valid California drivers license
-Current vehicle insurance
-Department of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance
-TB test clearance
