1. Providing supervision for residents, implement behavioral plans and approaches
2. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, behavioral reinforcement procedures
3. De-escalation of residents and situations, support residents with activities of daily living
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
- One year of direct health care
- Effective communicator
- Attention to details in providing supervision and redirections
- Able to work as a team
