We are seeking an Internet Sales Representative (BDC) to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all online clients through email, phone, and text!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers' calls, emails, and online lead submissions and establish follow ups with sales appointments using a state of the art CRM.
  • Respond quickly to online inquiries and emails with provided scripts and email/text templates to set appointments for in dealership demonstrations.
  • Provide clients with proper initial product information with a thorough knowledge of offered products.
  • Follow up with online inquiries that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show set appointment.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system
  • Communicate with Sales Managers and Sales Team members
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous high volume outbound phone call experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
  • Must possess a good work ethic and a competitive spirit
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive, hard working personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • All potential employees must pass a pre employment testing including a background check.
