Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products.
· Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle.
- Clean and sterilize vats and factory processing areas.
- Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, according to formulas or recipes.
Reqiured:
· High school diploma or equivalent GED completion.
Requirements:
- Be a strong team player
- Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production
- Ability to obtain a Riverside County Food Handlers card within one week of hire
- Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to monitor machines during the food production process
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
Hours 6AM-4:30 PM Monday-Thursday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
