Upscale French Restaurant Group is looking to hire professional and experienced Bartender to provide attentive and friendly service to our patrons. You must have extensive knowledge of different types of wine, liquor, and classic cocktails.

Location: 245a Worth Ave, Palm Beach, FL 33480

Primary responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of wine and classic cocktails
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay focused and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences

Skills and qualifications:

• Listen and communicate in a professional and friendly manner
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
• Be efficient and organized
• Build good relationships with customers
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Legally able to serve alcohol
• Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime

Languages: French and Italian (highly preferred)
