Job Requirements:
One of the main responsibilities of the Barista is to develop satisfied customers every time they are on duty. They must be able to welcome and connect with every customer that comes in the store and know what the customer needs in order for him or her to be able to suggest products right away. Must also provide quality beverages at all times to all the customers. Beverages must be prepared according to the standards of Mocha Molly's.
Job Duties:
- Stock supplies
- Greet all customers in a polite and welcoming manner, as well as interact with all hospital staff and patients
- Make and serve all products of the coffee shop
- Operate the cash register
- Complete all assigned side work in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate and maintain the cleanliness of the espresso machine
- Paid time off
- We provide your uniforms
