Barista/Cashier Job at Dose Coffee and Tea
Dose Coffee and Tea in West Nashville is looking to add a Front of House position to our ever expanding team. Applicants will work a mix of Cashier and Barista (once properly trained) shifts. Experience, particularly in high volume cafe settings, is a huge plus but not required. One weekend day of availability is required, along with a mix of some evening and morning shifts. Our hours are 6AM-5PM.
We offer hourly pay plus tip share, health, dental and vision insurance to all employees who work 28 hours per week (after 90 days), free shift drinks and free meals with paid meal break, a 50% discount when off shift, flexible scheduling and take our employee work environment very seriously.
