We are an independently owned and operated Cafe, established December 2019, located at 13429 Statesville Rd inside the Toyota of North Charlotte Dealership. Companies are short staff everywhere you go, and that includes us. We're an independently owned small business in need of an assistant manager to join our team.
No experience is required, just a good personality and passion to learn. We'll train you with the making of espresso beverages and operating our kitchen. Already have experience to bring to the table? AWESOME! You'll be able to pick things up in no time, training is 1 on 1 and based on individual needs.

Starting wage is $13-$15 hr PLUS TIPS ranging $2-$5 PER HOUR. Including tips, this position will range from $15-$20per hour and will only go up from there!
We have more shift & scheduling flexibility while we're short staffed so let us know what works for you. Ideally our Assistant Manager will be at 35hrs but no more than 40hrs per week.
