Job Summary:
Working at the Human Bean will be a high energy, fun, fast paced job! The job involves being a coffee barista making all kinds of specialty coffee beverages and smoothies, teas, energy drinks, etc. You will love working for The Human Bean!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coffee baristas make all kinds of specialty coffee beverages as well as smoothies, teas, energy drinks, etc. Fantastic customers service is a must! We are looking for friendly & outgoing people that love to provide great customer service. Part time positions are available.
Our baristas are not stationed or specialized in one particular area. They run the entire show, from taking orders outside, making drinks, cash handling, food safety and providing a genuine, inviting experience.
It is our mission to make everyone's day, one cup of coffee at a time!
Qualifications and Skills:
No experience required! We train you 100%! Be ready for a lot of memorizing and multitasking.

Requests:
We're looking for 2 outgoing baristas with various availability, and 2 baristas with opening/morning availability, who are eager to work in a fun yet challenging environment. We do ask all baristas give us at least one day with evening availability. To keep our schedules fair, we ask all team members to close once a week. As we are in a customer service based environment, we need individuals who are not shy to carry a conversation with a stranger, love to build relationships, and understand the importance of teamwork.
