The new Aroma Joe's in Lewiston (754 Main St) as well Auburn (166 Center St) and Lewiston (403 Sabattus St) are looking for at least 16 energetic and motivated people to join our team!

Aroma Joe’s is in the business of fueling the modern world. Our Baristas provide a personal customer experience that is always upbeat, lively, fun, and energetic. This is a place that energizes your day, feeds your passions, and brings people together. The goal every day is to make sure everyone - customers and team members, leaves a little happier.

Aroma Joe's has opportunities for baristas to advance locally and beyond. Many of our managers/team leads are promoted from within. Advancement includes shift lead, certified trainer, assistant team lead, and team lead at the store level. Other advancement options are on the horizon.

We are the Picasso's of the latte, coffee, and energy drink world as we have specific requirements and steps for our drinks, yet enable baristas some flexibility to tap into their artistic and creative side.

An Aroma Joe's barista ALWAYS puts the customer before her/his own needs. We have no squawk boxes as our customers want to connect with real people in our order window and not Charlie Brown's teacher. We like to think of it as No Intercoms, No Attitudes, and No Mistakes!

Essential Duties, include but are not limited to...

Drink Making- making high quality drinks that tantalize our customers' taste buds!

Customer Service- our goal is to have every customer experience be legendary and something they just can't experience any where else!

Communication- life without communication is chaos. Our baristas communicate with each customer and the team members so our job is so much more fun!

Cleaning- providing our team members and customers with the cleanest restaurant, food, and beverages emphasizes how much we care about what we do and our fans (customers)!

Problem Solving- listening and making suggestions to customers to take their experience to a whole other level is fun and rewarding! Often we have to think on our feet and make sound decisions quickly.
