Honey Dew Donuts is looking for motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to come join our team. We offer flexible schedules, part time, and full time hours. We are currently hiring for all shifts. There is plenty of room for growth for motivated individuals.
Qualifications:
· Customer Service: Highly skilled in providing prompt and friendly service to internal and external customers
· Cash Handling: Profound ability to collect payments, operate cash register and maintain the cash drawer
· Able to maintain a clean, neat and correctly stocked work area
· Able to maintain knowledge of product description
· Outstanding work ethic and integrity
· Known to follow safety and security procedures of the company
· Neat, clean and very professional appearance
· Able to protect company assets using sound judgment and vigilant eye
· Physical Dexterity: Able to move, stand for extended periods of time, lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 Lbs.
· Must be a team player, and able to work independently
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Report to scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform
· Take customer orders
· Receive and process customer payments
· Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, or teas
· Prepare sandwiches
· Serve prepared foods, such as donuts, muffins, or bagels
· Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
· Clean service or seating areas
· Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items
· Wrap, label, or date food items
· Take out garbage
