YOUR LIFE AS A BARBEQUE RESTAURANT PITMASTER / COOK

As a Barbeque Restaurant Pitmaster / Cook, you ensure that every meal we serve meets our high standards. You are a highly detail-oriented person who preps and monitors the meat to guarantee excellent quality. You assist your team with prepping and smoking the meat, aiming to make enough for the daily demands while minimizing waste.

Thinking proactively, you anticipate rushes and busy days and prepare meat accordingly. Before the food goes out, you guarantee every order is accurate and the meat is properly cooked. You take pride in expertly serving our customers and filling their stomachs with fresh, mouth-watering food!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 18+ years of age
  • Ability to acquire a Salt Lake County Health Department Food Handler's Permit within 7 days of hire
  • 2+ years experience in the food industry
