JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

We are currently looking for a Banquet Server / Event Server to join our team at Watermark Country Club. Our Banquet Server is required to handle all logistics of events in a timely manner, including food and beverage service, set-up, and guest requests. The Banquet Server must be a team player, be professional, motivated, and efficient, maintain a positive attitude, and have a focused attention to detail to achieve the high standards of service and quality that RedWater is known for.

DUTIES:

• Uphold the highest level of customer service.

• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff.

• Maintain a positive and professional appearance and mannerism.

• Assist with the setup of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for banquet events.

• Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.

• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.

• Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor.

• Maintain back of the house, front of the house, and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.

• Communicate with management when needed.

• Complete all other assigned duties when necessary.

• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success.

• Follow health and safety practices at all times.

• Complete all other duties as assigned.
