Banquet Captain Job at The Madison Club
The Madison Club is looking to hire a Banquet Captain. The job's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing up to 10 staff members efficiently
- Premier customer service
- Service of Food and Beverage in a banquet setting
- Set up and Tear down of event spaces
- Coordination between kitchen staff, banquet staff, and Members
Some Requirements to be considered for the position:
- Knowledge of the event industry and overall banquet operations
- At least one year experience in the field of Banquet Service (experience in a management role preferred)
- Ability to work well with many different people, strong conflict resolution skills
-Ability to think on your feet and problem solve effectively with little guidance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
