First Columbia Bank & Trust Co., a strong, independent community bank with over $950 million in assets and 195 employees headquartered in Bloomsburg, PA, is currently seeking a Part-time Bank Teller to support our Berwick, PA Branch location.

Leading candidates must possess a friendly and professional mannerism, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our community-centered business philosophy.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required with a preference for advanced education/training in a business or financial related field of study
• Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or sales with cash handling experience

Responsibilities:

• Accept deposits of various account types
• Assist customers with Online and Mobile Banking apps
• Cash checks within approved authority and operating policy
• Sell Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, etc.
• Accept loan payments, safe deposit box rent, and other related payments
• Process night deposits and mail deposits
• Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries or requests for information
• Cooperate with and participate in the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Hours: Must be flexible to work Mon-Fri, 25-29 average hours per week. Including morning, afternoon and early evening hours with rotating Saturdays.
