DeLallo Foods is looking for full-time, part-time, and seasonal bakery associate help at its Jeannette, PA, Retail Store location.
We are looking for candidates who want to provide the ultimate shopping experience by helping to maintain our products and provide assistance to and cultivate relationships with our customers. If you enjoy working at a fast-pace, high-energy, team-based environment, demonstrate a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service, you are exactly what we are looking for!!
Our Marketplace hours are:
Monday-Friday, 8 am to 8 pm
Saturday-Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm
Availability to be scheduled to work during the hours the store is open including weekends, is required.
Job Requirements:
- Orally communicates with customers and co-workers on products and prices.
- Weighs certain items.
- Prices customer selections using label machine and calculators.
- Demonstrates salesmanship on a routine basis.
- Answers telephone to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Retrieves product from cooler to fill displays.
- Stocks and replenishes counters with product.
- Rotates merchandise for freshness.
- Checks merchandise for outdated product; sorts newly received merchandise.
- Cleans and maintains work-station.
