Fulltime Baker
Looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to work alongside our Executive Pastry Chef in the production of all baked goods in our club. This candidate must have a great work ethic and willingness to learn. If you are dedicated and ambitious, Harbour Ridge is an excellent place to grow your career.
Duties include and are not limited to baking daily breads, cookies, cakes and pastries. Must be able to work alone and with a team.
Shifts available are early am baker or pm baker
Eligible for insurance benefits after 60 days
Vacation, PTO, 401(K) after 1 year of employment
Job Description:
80% Creates, prepares/produces/bakes cookies, doughs, breakfast pastries, breads, Popovers, rolls, and desserts for restaurants and banquets. Decorates pastries/cakes with creativity and skill as directed.
10% Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration of same. Lines up baked products in mobile carts according to the needs of the particular outlet/function.
10% Ensures spoilage/waste are kept to a minimum by producing and utilizing proper quantities and rotating products.
Performs any other general cleaning tasks using standard club products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Pastry Chef
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
