Job Summary

Perform in-depth verification checks on job candidates for Fortune 500 Companies. Involves accurate entry of candidate data, processing, verifying, and confirming credentials for potential employment.

This position is responsible for submitting and tracking international verifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a requirement. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Accurately enter application data and candidate information into various databases for confirmation of credentials.
  • Confirm educational credentials with various universities and educational institutions.
  • Submit and track international verification requests.
  • Conduct follow-ups on international verification requests.
  • Submit a thorough, accurate, and detailed account of all background check activity in a structured format.
  • Converse with clients and candidates on the status and progress of specific background checks.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping all information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and internet research.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
