With our agency we never take a portion of our nannies pay. You are paid directly, in full, and legally.

HOURS: Make Your Own Schedule!

With our On Call and Back Up Care team you make your schedule and only accept jobs that you wish to! Once you are screened into our Nanny Network you are texted jobs close to you. If you are available, you text back letting us know you accept and we send you all of the information needed. If you are unavailable, no pressure!

You are not required to respond. You are referred to safe families that pay you directly and in full, many families also tip.

These jobs can be for a parent's date night out, wedding & event care group events, corporate back-up nanny care, etc. The jobs texted out can be for the same day, next day, following week, following month and vary. Families can always request you back by name for future childcare needs! You are always guaranteed at least four hours per job, even if released early.

Pay begins at $15/hour for one child with our on call team & $15/hour for one child with our back up care team. (Corporate childcare services)

You can be on both teams at the same time! You are paid an additional $1 per hour, for each additional child.

Being a nanny on our team/our agency is free, no cost to the nannies to be sent to great families and we cover the cost for the extensive background check and driving record. We have your back!
